Refund Policy

All sales are final. Subscriptions can be canceled anytime and remain active through the end of the paid term. No partial refunds.

Skip-trace credits, whether included in your plan or used from your monthly allowance, are non-refundable once your account is provisioned. Because data is delivered instantly and cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds or credits for unused portions of any subscription period, except where required by law.

To cancel, use Billing > Cancel subscription in the app, or the Stripe customer portal. Your access continues until the current billing period ends and then stops. No further charges occur.

Cancellation

Subscriptions can be canceled anytime from Billing > Cancel subscription or the Stripe customer portal.

Cancellation stops all future billing. It does not refund the term already paid for, which remains active until it expires.

Cancelling takes effect immediately for billing purposes: no further renewal charge is made. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. The renewal date and amount are always shown in your Billing page before the charge, and we send advance renewal notice where your state requires it. Full detail, including how to cancel and when we refund, is in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
